Executive Leadership Team

Kyle Monroe | CEO

As co-CEO of Path to Purpose Living, Kyle brings over 15 years of executive leadership to the company. Kyle has a passion for helping others reach their full potential in life. In his earlier leadership days, Kyle worked with Damar Services in Indianapolis, IN as a Lead Direct Support Professional. In this role, Kyle truly understood the patience and compassion supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges and behavioral needs. Kyle quickly grew a passion for the field and knew that eventually; he’d revisit the industry again in a more complex role.

Kyle was able to scale companies’ profit margins by optimizing business processes and driving profitability through strategic planning, performance management and cross functional leadership.

As Kyle grew to really understand operations and how to think like a CEO, he then began opening his own quick service restaurants in the Florida area. Kyle has always said “For what you do, do it with passion, integrity and grit”. Wearing the highest hat within the company is not an easy task, but with the right team, all things are possible.

Kyle is a native of East Chicago, IN and currently resides in Orlando, FL. Kyle graduated from Indiana State University with his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a minor in Operations Management and Analysis. Kyle has post graduate education from Harvard University in Organizational Leadership.
